Garage segment gates consist of the sections (panels), which are double sided steel segments of 50 or 61 cm height or their combinations. Each panel is 4cm thick and filled with polyurethane foam. Panels are made of zinc coated sheet, painted with epoxide prime coat and polyester lacquer.
During installation, panels are connected with hinges and supplied with bearing rollers operating inside vertical and horizontal guiding channels which constitute a frame of the segment gate. Tightness of the armouring is ensured by application of rubber gaskets located between panels. guiding channels, hinge joints, console and side caps are made of zinc coated sheet. The weight of the gate is balanced by the set of torsion springs (individually designed to the size of the gate) positioned on the reel mounted to the head (standard gate, RES200) or at the horizontal guiding channels end (RES70). NOTE: Each eclectically driven gate can be operated manually.
