Pisla Ltd has bought 100% of the shares in Polish Vertex S.A. Group. Ownership has changed 31.3.2010.

The subsidiaries of Vertex S.A. concern are located in Poland and the Czech Republic and the company has a totally of 14 sales outlets in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Concern’s headquarters and production is located in Chechowice-Dziedzice, close to Katowice. Founded on 1992, Vertex S.A. focuses on the designing, manufacturing and marketing of construction- and interior designing equipment. The primary products are external roller shutters, awnings, roller blinds, venetian blinds, components etc. Vertex is one of the largest companies in their business line in Poland, and has a strong brand and a firm position in the domestic market. The turnover of Vertex was approximately EUR 8.0 million in the year 2009, and it employs 120 people.

Since 1976 Pisla Ltd has been operating as a manufacturer and supplier of wide range of hardware and furnishing products. The Company is located in Viitasaari Finland and is one of the market leaders in Nordic and Baltic Countries. Today Pisla is a well-established company with an annual turnover of approximately EUR 16 million in the year 2009. Company employs 130 professionals. Customers consist mostly of hardware stores and warehouses in Finland and in the essential exports countries including Sweden, Norway, Russia and the Baltic countries.

With this company acquisition Pisla Ltd increases its current product selection, while enforcing and expanding its market position at the Baltic Sea area.
